Long Distance Moves
Give us a call and we would be happy to assist you with a quote for traveling long distance.
*Please note we only operate within the state of North Carolina.
Additional Charges
$75 travel fee per truck, per 50 miles
$1/mile round trip for moves longer than 25 miles
$250 Overnight Fee
$200 Floor Protection

$100 Upright, Spinet Piano, or Gun Safe

Value Protection Options
Full Coverage
Charge: $100 per $10,000 in coverage
All items transported by us will be insured for the items full retail value up to the amount of coverage purchased.
Basic Coverage
Charge: Free
Transported goods will be insured at $0.60 per pound.
Deposits
To secure your move with Box Turtle Moving Co., a deposit covering a 2-hour labor minimum, travel fee, and a 3% card fee is required. Deposits must be paid using a credit or debit card and are fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled move.
